The Area

The Al Saadiyat Island is a perfect location for culture vultures. There are art fairs, museums and gorgeous architecture, set on the backdrop of the beautiful blue beachfront. The upscale neighbourhood is home to a mix of ex-pats who are either renting or home-owning.

The island is primarily a villa community. However, there are several low-rise apartment buildings more suited to couples and young families.
